Performing Arts Coordinator (12-month Contract)

Job Description

  • Provide support to Performing Arts department, including administrative work, schedule meetings, collation of meeting materials and committee papers, budget, procurement, preparations of internal & external reports and photo & video archive
  • Manage the scheduling of internal and partnership programmes to ensure a clear flow of information among internal departments
  • Assist in event production, Prog-related logistics and operation of regular & partnership programmes
  • Support other ad hoc duties as assigned by the department


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Performing Arts, Arts, Cultural Studies, Arts Management or relevant disciplines is preferred
  • Minimum 5 year’s experience in art administration from the performing arts and cultural sector. Expertise in one or more aspects of performing arts, knowledge on backstage and technical support is an advantage
  • Knowledge on art scene in Hong Kong
  • Strong project management, communication and negotiation skills
  • Well organised, detail minded with strong administrative and coordination skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages will be an advantage
