Introduction

Tai Kwun is devoted to serving the community as an accessible space for all walks of life where the public can gather and foster their curious spirit. At the same time, as an incubator for nurturing local young creatives and arts & culture professionals, we strive to provide opportunities for those who seek them.

Tai Kwun is launching its SpaceShare programme, which aims to champion local emerging talents by providing our venues as a platform, so as to draw more of the public's attention to their unique work and vision.

Through this scheme, qualified non-profit organizationscan apply for venue hire subsidies for events that either promote arts and culture, encourage historical interest and heritage conservation, or enhance community inclusion and togetherness, or benefit underserved communities. Selected projects may be entitled to up to 100% venue subsidy.  Tai Kwun hopes this initiative could motivate local-sectors and change-makers to highlight and develop Hong Kong’s art, heritage, culture and community.
